Dolphin Feeding

As the mornings are a bit overcast and chilly we stayed near the unit in the morning, but that does not stop Charlie always creating wonderful memories. Today he was making breakfast and cup cakes onLeer más
Swim in the Pool

The sun come out little so we managed a swim in the pool before lunch.
Tangalooma Wrecks

After lunch John, Melissa and Luke went for the 30min walk to the wrecks to do some snorkeling. The visibility was poor due to recent Brisbane flood waters entering Morton Bay.
Marnie and The Boy's

I looked after the Wilson Boys for the couple of hours while they were away. I think my babysitting was more relaxing.
Picnic and Play

When everyone was back from snorkeling it was time for afternoon coffee and play.
Charlie and John

The morning started just like any other Charlie and Pop (John) playing. They are playing Charlie and Pop are integrated.
Not really Pelican feeding

The morning activity was Pelican feeding, however, due to the Brisbane weather and flood waters the Pelicans are not coming to feed on Tangalooma. So instead the staff are feeding some of the olderLeer más
Kayaks

Next it was time for kayaking. Luke took Charlie out on the kayak he really had fun. Then it was time for Melissa, I am sure it brought back lots of memories of her and Michael kayaking for hours.
Time for a swim and Sand Angels

Swimming was also on the agenda. Charlie for some reason also decided sand angels was a funny thing to do once he had washed off the sand.
Playtime

The afternoon was another opportunity for Charlie to be the centre of attention.
Whilst at the beach he collected shells, twigs, cuttlefish and seaweed. So his activity was playing with all the bitsLeer más
Dinner and Trivia

The day finished with a yummy dinner at the restaurant and trivia. Team Charlie's Angel's (the name we gave ourselves) came in third. Some easy questions, some interesting ones and some hard ones weLeer más
Charlie and Pop

This morning was like any other Charlie and Pop playing.
Vehicles around Tangalooma

Time for a walk around the Resort looking for as many vehicles as we can so Charlie can pretend he is driving them just like Rubble and Marshall.
Tangalooma Wharf

Even though the weather is overcast you can still enjoy walking around the resort.
Afternoon walk to the Marine Eco Centre

In the afternoon we walked to the Eco Centre Charlie loved looking at the exhibits and playing with his car around the brass statue of dolphins.
Coffee Break

Charlie had his first Chuppa Chup today one of Melissa's favourite when she was young and always in her Santa Sack at Christmas and of course we had an afternoon coffee. The view of Morton Bay isLeer más
Kookaburra Feeding

Late afternoon Melissa took Charlie and Zach to the Kookaburra Feeding, the boys seemed to enjoy the feeding and apparently it was quite informative.

Sunset play in the Sand

The boys really love playing in the sand and this afternoon was a spectacular sunset. Capturing the boys playing and the Sunset makes wonderful memories.
Sunset

The sunset was spectacular tonight. Not sure the photos really show just how incredible the pinks, reds, oranges were over the water.
Morning with the Wilson Boys

The Wilson Boys wake very early but they do let us sleep in. However, once Pop is up it is time to play.
Lunch at the Beach

Today was again little overcast but we did manage lunch at the beach.
Bocce Ball

Bocce Ball after lunch however Charlie preferred to take the white ball and hide it in the sand .
Just another day

In the afternoon Charlie and Luke walked up towards the wrecks and Charlie found a log he just had to walk along.
