Checked into our hotel Room

Without a guarantee of when our boat would arrive in port and allow us to disembark, we couldn't be 100% sure we could catch our 12:55p flight (and there's only one flight per day); so we stayed one more night in Fiji at the Hilton Fiji beach Resort on Denarau Island.

The hotel was beautiful; the black-sand beach was darker than expected, it looks downright dirty. Fortunately, the resort had plenty of other areas to explore and enjoy.Read more
