Camino de Santiago 2023

Stayed at Casa rural el Molino Vilviestre de Muño which was a converted Farmhouse. Very nice from the outside.
Was greeted by some old guy who seemed to live in part of the house and had maybe had a few vinos. No sign of the woman who I'd booked with through WhatsApp.
I couldn't understand the old guy but I understood I was to choose one of the 4 rooms. I asked about the food situ as it was in the middle of nowhere and it seemed there was no food option in the accommodation as there normally is. The wifey that normally runs the place is having a night out In Burgos 🤣
A French couple arrived that spoke very little English but it seemed there was a plan to drive us to a shop/takeaway. Turns out the vino old guy drove us to a "restaurant' which was actually a cafe attached to a petrol station.
We had the Menu del Dia, I had 3 courses that were all absolutely shite and I had to sit next to the French couple. So awkward. Turns out the old guy didn't come back for us, some other guy turned up in a works van and took us back🤣Okumaya devam et
