    Le Crotoy

    October 7, 2018 in France ⋅ ⛅ 15 °C

Starting very early in the morning, we travel all the way from Home to Baie de Somme. As this is the first time we travel with Awen that far, we were a bit worried, if he will be able to stand such a long journey. We did various stops on the way and some long walks in order to allow Awen a lot of breaks. He was very brave and did not complain at all. And so we arrived after lunch at the sea. On a long, deserted beach, Awen was able to run freely and had his first try of some sea water. Due to our little castle on the shore, we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the bay.Read more

Despite that the walk was only 4km long it took us over 2 hours. Walking in soft sand was more difficult than we had expected. And so, even Awen was finally very tired in the evening.Read more
