DUBAI

Our flight home had a stop off in Dubai and we decided to spend a few days here exploring. It was very different to what we were used to in Africa - all very modern and clean! I almost cried with happiness when I walked in and saw the hotel room - no more cold showers filled with spiders and frogs! We spent a bit of time chilling by the pool during the day (temperatures got up to 40 degrees so we couldn’t do much else) and explored Dubai in the evenings. One of the highlights was the fountain and light show which we watched from a balcony while having dinner. We also saw the worlds highest building and the next night we went to a rooftop bar for cocktails and visited the Dubai Mall. After this we finally headed home! Czytaj więcej
