Day 1 - Driving

Got up and packed up the jeep. Had my stuff and Hope's. Hope is currently in Dominican Republic with a friend so bringing all her gear and she will fly in to Vegas on Monday where I will pick her up.

Drove almost to Jackson MS, over 700 miles for the day, the jeep hit 100,000 miles on the route. Had used a site called Hipcamp to book a place to camp, is sort if like an airbnb for camping. Stopped in a little rural town, guy rents his land to camp, was only 18.00 for the night. Has a working bathroom and shower on the property and area is gorgeous and peaceful.Read more
