The road blocks have been lifted forcefully by the police together with the military. 4 policemen and a civilian died in the process. But at least the buses have a free passage again. Spent the last day in LA paz eating some good food and getting a haircut for 3 usd. Even to refill your Jerry can, you now have to wait in a line of 200 meters.
