Grand Tetons are indeed GRAND

In a paradise nestled just to the south of Yellowstone are the Grand Teton Mountains! They definitely don't get the attention that their neighboring parks get but they are just as beautiful! Our first day we took a boat ride across Jenny Lake to hike Hidden Falls (not hidden at all!) and ventured up the mountain to Inspiration Point. It was a bit of a hike for the kids but they enjoyed the views once we were up. We cooled off at Coulter Bay to end our first day. The second day we did some short hikes to see some popular spots. Mormon row was especially picturesque and the kids learned about the Homestead Act. We kept the adventure up by heading to Jackson Hole with the bikes. We biked up a fairly steep trail that had great views of the mountains. It was a little steep for Willow so we hit the streets of Jackson with our bikes. Beautiful parks and amazing trails all throughout the town. We had some BBQ for Supper and headed back to enjoy a sunset set drive home through the Tetons.Meer informatie
