Bozeman and Lewis and Clark State Park

We kicked off our visit to Montana with a trip to Bozeman. An eclectic historic town with a mix of University town, biking and ranching! We checked out the Museum of the Rockies which had real dinosaur bones!! We were staying at Lewis and Clark State Park which was home to one of America's best caves. We took an immersive tour underground and learned the history and the geological wonders from thousands of years ago. Also we saw a colony of baby bats! The kids were pretty impressed! The park was also home to some great downhill mountain biking which the boys got to experience. A black diamond wouldn't be complete without some blood and a run in with a cactus.
