Ponferrada and Cacabelos

Breakfast was lovely - banana caramelised in cinnamon, scrambled eggs, turkey, cheese, yoghurt with honey, and coffee! Hostal Rural San Nicolas in Molinaseca.

Patti and I walked into Ponferrada, about 8km. We toured the Templars Castle, it was amazing. I'm sure Ben and Rob would love it.

We walked to the bus station and caught a bus to Cacabelos. Kirsten and Andrew were catching the bus with us.

The owner of the Hostal where I stayed last night recommended a restaurant in Cacabelos..... we went there for a very early dinner. I had Farmhouse soup, and roast lamb with fries. So yummy and so much to eat.
