Had commons duties today. Worked on being present while vacuuming, not feeling like "this sucks because I cant listen with headphones", but just doing a good job and accepting it.
Went straight from work to do a group sit with krislin. Then I went straight down to happy valley to go snow shoeing. Today is the winter solstice and a full moon. Apparently they won't coincide again until 2094. I didn't actually use snow shoes. It was a really beautiful walk through the tall tree covered in snow. The lighting was amazing. Really glad I went because I was considering not because it was getting late and i needed to cook food etc.
Then i got a waffle and a slice of pizza at happy valley. Ran into tracy, and then we went up to will and bats to get ready to sing for Andy's 30th birthday.
Was ready for bed by the end.Leer más
