Day 1 of Yoga

Decided to start doing yoga every day. Yoga with Adrien is a series on YouTube and she does a 30 day pragram and then she has heaps of others too. So I meditated in the morning and then did my yoga.
Skiing today was alright, few rocks getting exposed.
Worked in laundry till 11 tonight and hadn't done my evening meditation. Only did 45 mins because it was midnight and there was good snow so I wanted to make sure I skied tomorrow. This is the first day in a while now i haven't made my 2 hours. But I'm ok with that.Læs mere
