Beauty Meditation

Busy day in the laundry, but still chill.
Went tuning after work with the dnd gang. That was pretty fun. Got waffles and pizza dow at happy valley which was crazy cheap for what you get.
We were a little late to meditation and it kinda snuck up on me so I was a little flustered, but it went well.
Introduced being aware of the pain or discomfort.
This weeks "home work" was s to view things with fresh eyes and try and see the beauty in all things.
Like delores seeing a city saying it is like the stars have been scattered along the ground.Meer informatie
