Singapore - Singaporean delicacies

We enjoyed a cheeky lie in this morning, enjoying the proper quilt life and a comfy bed! The hotel thankfully gave us an extra hour for Checkout so we could have a leisurely morning packing up the bags for the final time.

We headed to the great world mall to a place called ya-kun for the Singaporean dish of Kaya toast and kopi. This was slices of toast joined together with the Kaya jam, dipped into soft boiled eggs with white pepper and soya. The kopi was very sweet coffee, but we enjoyed the toast so much we decided to purchase some Kaya jam, which we later found out from the man at raffles that it expires quickly!

We spotted a Michelen star ramen place so had to continue the eating my getting a delicious ramen dish to share!Read more
