Ras Al-Khaimah

I just came back from my nice and relaxing NewYears Trip to Dubai! It was so good to escape winter for a few days. At this time it has about 27 degree during the day and the sun is out EVERY DAY. Most of the time we were only relaxing in the sun but one day we also went fishing and of course shopping in Dubai Mall.

What i don't like is that the United Arab Emirates have no recycling system at all. Being a young and new built city with a lot of money it shouldn't be to hard to build the buildings ecological and use their resources and energy a little more sustainable. I know that petrol is very cheap in the Emirates but this shouldn't be an indicator when it comes to the protection of our environmental system.
