Day in the life of Louise and Clara

Some days we don't visit any new places, or meet any people but we still experience some new things !
Here is a rundown of our daily work routine :
9am : start work, prepare the trays the kids are going to use for the cakes: precut the cakes, put cream in piping bags, weight the strawberries and select the cutlery
10-12am : Arrival of the kids ! Either accompanied by teachers during the week or parents on the weekend, they usually are really excited to make the cakes ! And... eat the ingredients. We have to teach the recipe to them, which is sometimes complicated when our korean isn't good and their English isn't good 😅

Every new customer is a new interaction and new things to learn, so work is never boring !
