Day 1: Travelling to Wacken

Collecting the crew in Villingen, Offenburg and Willstätt our trip finally began at 9:30 AM. The car full stuffed with evident things our first traffic jam was clearly at the Elbtunnel in Hamburg short after improving the rear window. All because of these silly guys asking where we are heading to. I won't forget that we tuned the track for refuelling, which was incidentally the idea that safed the day, and crossing Pinneberg. At 7:30 PM we left the motorway and thought that we finally made it... But none of us could expect the following hours. As decent germans we followed the deviation to the open air ground not knowing that this route would lead to the worst traffic jam each of us ever suffered. You may correct me if I am wrong with the estimated numbers but I think we could roll every 30 minutes at most 200 meters on a length of four kilometers to the camping site.
