Trains to Southampton

First train departs on time. Within an hour the first outfit is wrecked, curtesy of user error with a coffee cup. I’m sure she will master it eventually.
Needed most of the hour and a half allowed for between trains to arrive late, walk to Euston station, Tube to Waterloo via Oxford Circus, buy more supplies, find the train and get on it.
Nice piece of Linda’s mocha square to keep us going.
Drop the bags off at our hotel and head for the nearest Wetherspoons for a couple of swift half’s and then a very nice Indian meal. Highlight was the complementary Lemoncelo for madam after she had sweet talked the manager. Not sure that will work in the US but you can bet she will be giving it a go.Weiterlesen
