Much the same

Usual breakfast. A couple of laps of the boat afterwards, posted a couple of penguins, lunchtime talk on Shackleton and the Endurance. Not sure of the relevance with this trip but interesting enough. Sneaky double restaurant for lunch. Started with the posh one but the choice of pud not exciting us so went up to the buffet afterwards. Felt a little decadent.

The afternoon’s walk is getting busier as the weather improves.

Another formal dinner tonight with a Masquerade Ball. Masks just required at the dance rather than the dinner which is just as well because some of the masks would have prevented any eating. As usual we just watched the dancing for a short time then left. I have a fairly short attention span for these things.

Finished off with the usual folk duo. They seem to be on pretty much every night somewhere on the boat.Weiterlesen
