Day 2 Drymen to Balamaha

Amazing day ,the scenery has been amazing ,,good walking for 8 miles , path climbing for several hours. Had lunch picnic looking out across Loch Lomand below us. Strenuous climb down to Balmaha ,took a detour on our bottoms ,and were able to get a boat trip to an island for a few hours. Boat ride was 10mins. A lovely end to a perfect day .An osprey swooped down in front of us and caught a fish .Leggi altro

ViaggiatoreI've decided on a different path to decend Conic Hill,as the path had been damaged by land slides , it was so steep ,safest thing was to sit down
