We have arrived

Left Mūnster at 6pm for the airport, Liam, Clemens and James. Then Jaco suprised us at the airport lounge. Bugger! I was the only one not to know about this. Love it!
Charlto joined Louis in Luanda the day before. Bugger No2!
Long 8+hr flight to Luanda got us to a very expensive VISA experience. Note to self - never apply for an eVISA. It is not required.
Rui and co collected the now team of 6 Tarpon hunters from the new NBJ aitport. Then a 4+hr drive to Camp Yeru. Police on the way, but no probs.
Crossed the Kwanza and Rio Longa rivers and was welcomed to Camp Yetu by Spyker and Marina Kruger, and Zander and Nadine Kruger and the 4 grand kids. Few beers, lunch, fisherman stories and prep for the afternoon hunting. Took the 2 boats to the river mouth.
Louis was into two very short lived fights with Tarpon and then nothing else for the afternoon. Bad day for me as the MS balance had the better of me after the long travel. Tomorrow is another day......Read more
