Standa to Oviedo

Today we have driven to the capital.city of this region Oviedo. It is a very modern small city
We drove through a pretty national park where alot of outdoor activities. We stopped in a lovley alpine village to explore a while and to enjoy the fresh mountain air. There is a man made cave in the rock that has been made into a gorgeous place for prayer and quiet contemplation
Also a Basilluca constructed of pink limestone which is typical of the area. Couldn't go in a there was a service happening. We did enjoy the bells ringing though. Settled into our hotel now and about to head out to find some food.Read more
