Days 2 & 3

Well day 2 started really well, I took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi, I checked out the spa area. After lunch I decided to play volleyball. Just before the end I went for a low ball, twisted my knee, felt it go crunch and promptly fell in a snotty heap on the sand. Not a lot was achieved after that until 7pm when I had a colonic. Well that’s a first, it was really interesting, not hugely unpleasant just mildly uncomfortable. However I now feel brilliant, apart from the very stiff, swollen and sore knee. So today I have had to rest it therefore I have nothing really to report, but a couple of pictures from yesterday.Baca lagi
