    Day 26 Anglers Rest to Corryong

    The Omeo Highway is very narrow and windy - took from 9.30 to 12 to travel from Anglers Rest to Tallangatta. First view of the Murray River. Levels still up if the number of trees standing 1/4 of their trunk in water is any indication.
    Quick lunch and onto Corryong for the night after a side trip to a rail bridge & then Conic Hill for a short (but very up!) walk to a lookout back over Tallangatta and Lake Hume.    Read more
