Day 46 - Under the Boardwalk

Today was a travelling day and before we left New Jersey we went to the boardwalk at Asbury Park. It was sunny with a hearty breeze on the Jersey Shore and Alice and I enjoyed a slow stroll. A fitting Sunday. We got a coffee, popped in to the shops, admired the murals and after a while decided to get back on the road.

We were aiming for Philadelphia which was to be our home for three nights. It didn't take too long to get there and the three floors to get our ever increasing luggage up the stairs meant exercise was also sorted for the day. We popped to a local Mediterranean restaurant for dinner and we both leaned towards the vegetarian options. We had a feeling our stay in Philadelphia was gonna involve steaks. Without cheese for me.
