Day 3 - Dummer to Alresford

Shorter day, but still so hot. 🥵 13ish miles. Saw some wildlife including huge rabbits and a deer. It bounced through the wheat fields. Also saw a nobleman’s house with the flag flying overhead. We wanted to ring the 🔔 and ask if they would invite us in for tea. 🤣 Caroline is having a lot of foot pain so she really needed a day of rest. Poor Connie has huge blisters that popped. So she had to do a short day. Kathy and I soldiered on without them. Hopefully tomorrow will be a couple degrees cooler. The humidity is the roughest part.Read more
