Lake Conjola NSW

As we left Sydney, the rain was falling steadily. But the clouds began to clear as we headed south, giving way to a stunning sunny afternoon right on cue as we rolled into the Ingenia Holiday Park at Lake Conjola.

We were ushered to a premium lakeside site and within minutes we were set up and enjoying holiday mode.

Not long after, we were warmly welcomed by Peter and Aimon FitzSimons, who are holidaying nearby at their beach house. Cecile and Emmeline also joined us for happy hour at our van before we all wandered over to their place for dinner, where we were treated to an incredibly generous and thoroughly enjoyable evening filled with great food, laughter and stories.
