Death Valley National Park

Scariest drive we’ve done to date. We were unaware what the heat and 9% grade decent plus tight curves would do to our brakes. And that was only the first set of mountains to pass over. Damn! Brand new rotors and brakes before we left and now rotors are warped or something. Death Valley was 100 degrees on the dot when we drove through. Desolate stretches of driving from Pahrump to our next stop but the drive through Death Valley NP was interesting with sweeping views of what seems like another world.Read more
