    Buses. I was feeling a bit smug as I had booked a (lot more expensive) bus to take me from Bohinj to Bled this morning, with a guaranteed seat, less stops etc. It didn't arrive. It was meant to arrive at 11, I ended up getting the normal bus at 12.45 instead (for on €1.50 not the £35 I am trying to get refunded). When I finally got on the bus, I could enjoy the beautiful scenery of the route and finally made it to Lake Bled just before 2. Very handily, I got off the bus by a little shop, a toilet and my apartment. Some quick lunch then sat in the shade by the lake before I could get in. Lake Bled is beautiful, the church on an island in the middle of the lake and the castle on a huge rock overlooking the lake are both impressive, but it is so busy. It is very touristy and doesn't have the natural amazingness of Lake Bohinj. At 3, I could get into my apartment, a cute little one bed that has a river running next to it (can hear from my room) and is so close to the lake. After some chill time, I walked around the lake (6km) before grabbing some bits from dinner from the shop (it was surprisingly nice to be able to sort my own food even if it was just pasta).
