Rest time - day 2

Only 9.7 mls today. But hard ones. Lots of walking on sand. Gorgeous day. Perfect weather. Funny how my backpack feels heavier everyday and if anything it should be getting lighter as things are used up. Surely a metaphor of life. The more weight and baggage we take on when we are strong, the heavier our burden becomes over time. And carrying too much can bring you down and make moving forward more difficult. So either dig in and carry a big load or shed some burdens giving them back gently to their right place.
