Katy Trail Day 6/6 The Final Leg.

We fought our way through the outskirts of St. Louis craziness to reach the arch around 2:30 PM. We navigated rubbish filled bike lanes and shoulder, missing sections of side walks, closed roads, roads that didn’t exist anymore, gunshots ( just 3 or so), bike trail that just ended with giant walls blocking the way, and spots so sketchy I was continually telling Sebastian, “Hey, let’s pick it up through here!” These sketchy sections led to an over 25 mile stressful ride before reaching the arch.
