Day 5

Slightly later start this morning . The Madrid marathon taking place .
Went to the Palacio Liria. Owned by wealthy Spanish aristocracy and beautifully furnished . Had an exhibition inside too by Joana Vasconcelos- unusual but very talented .
We then headed over to Mercado de San Miguel for tapas lunch and then a mini rest before a walk around the gardens south of the palace . This evening we managed to get a table at the trendy Radio bar on top of the Melia hotel - a lovely way to finish the dayもっと詳しく
