Day 2 Exploring

This morning to avoid the crowds in the Cite I headed over the old bridge and wandered around the more modern part of town - lovely streets with nice boutiques and picturesque squares. I had a guided tour at lunchtime of the cite which was really interesting and explained the development of the cite and its turbulent history . Enjoyable sunny afternoon which I finished off with a sit by the pool and a bit of reading . Lovely this evening to meet up with Adrian & Shelia who arrived from Spain and we had a super meal catching up .Les mer
