    Our next stop is to the shark Valley area of the Everglades. I know when you think of shark you think of the fish. Shark Valley is named for its location at the head of the Shark River Slough in the Everglades not the fish.

    Here we took a tram tour about 8 miles into the Everglades where we were able to get off the tram and walk up the observation deck, which is 45 feet above sea level. From there, we had a great 360° view of the Everglades.

    The tour guide on the tram was awesome. He told us so much about the ecosystem of the Everglades the plants the animals. In fact, he told us how the number of animals in the Everglades are dwindling due to the the number of pythons in the Everglades that are eating all of the other animals

    On the tour, we saw lots of alligators, but we also saw some crocodiles. They are in the last five or six pictures. Those are crocodiles.
