Day 12 of self isolation

This morning I did a body balance workout. Finished off the linen. It's all done now! Ashleigh relaxed in the garden in the morning. We then had lunch and cycled a long the great lake walkway. We relaxed on the beach by the lake couldn't stay for long because the wind was cold. When we got back we made some Welshcakes. Not as easy as you might think. You have to keep the temperature low when cooking them in a griddle pan other wise they burn. Our first batch burnt unfortunately but the second batch was perfect!Read more
