Tabin day 2

Early morning walk around the reserve. Not much to spot but a beautiful morning. After breakfast a trip to the waterfall, a refreshing swim and then a completely unexpected orangutan sighting. A large male dozing in a tree. Gary wasn’t with me sadly as he’d been advised not to do the waterfall walk with his ankle. But we both had seen a female orangutan 2 days before on a river cruise so that was something. He meanwhile had sighted a large earless monitor lizard from the reserve!
