Artisan Inn, Trinity

Aug 3. A driving day, we headed up the coast to Elliston to see the Puffins at Puffin Island. A short walk past the root cellars brought us to the island - thousand of puffins on land, swiming and flying about with the gulls. We spent quite some time there - must have a million photos between us all! We then drove up and around the Bonavista Penninsula to Bonavista, looking for Newman's Cove where an iceberg had been spotted a few days before. No luck with the iceberg though! Back to the cottage to enjoy the view from the front deck. Janet, Don and Den carried on to The Lighthouse and ??? Park. A dinner of pasta, shrimp and salad ended a great day!Læs mere
