Cavtat and the end of our tour.

We enjoyed some great picture postcard stops, or 'Kodak Moments', this morning as we drove to and from the lovely village of Cavtat. The views from up high overlooking the old city of Dubrovnik were especially brilliant. The other photos were taken this morning as we walked right around the peninsula at Cavtat. It is only about 30km from Dubrovnik but seemed very far away from the crowds. Wherever we have been in Croatia on this trip the Adriatic Sea has been crystal clear.

Back in Dubrovnik, our tour group had a farewell dinner tonight to mark the end of our tour. The route we took these past 2 weeks is shown on the map. Tomorrow people head off in all different directions. We went on a boat ride to a restaurant beside the Dubrovnik River. We personally head back to Split in the morning and will be in Croatia until Sunday evening. Our tour was fantastic. Insight Vacations once again was really outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend the company. Our day ends again with another pretty sunset.Meer informatie
