Vancouver & Grouse Mountain.

We like Vancouver, it is a really nice city. We are staying in a great area only 6 km from the city. We have public transport 2 minutes away as well as good restaurants. The public transport system is really good.

We saw around the waterfront area today but we spent most of the day on nearby Grouse Mountain. The gondola ride up, and then later on the chairlift to the peak, allowed us to see gorgeous views over Vancouver as well as into the forest and mountains. We managed to see the 2 bears that have a habitat there. There are plenty of activities to choose from. We enjoyed the light hearted lumberjack show.

Back in the city we went to the Flyover immersive show where you feel like you are flying over parts of Canada. Not for those who get motion sickness! It was very impressive.Read more
