The lowest point on earth

Waking up early I was able to beat the crowds the beach n do some floating. The salt content is 10 times higher than usual n you really float. I didn't expect it. I followed the biblical path as I always do. Visited the site at the jordan river where John baptised Jesus christ, or not. Anyway its an interesting place. Israel is 3 m away on the other side and there are many faith churches from Catholic to protestant to coptic n Greek orthodox happily coexisting. I drove on kings highway along the death sea. What an experience. Checked in at mujib adventure hub where they do canyoning. Such an unexpected and wonderful experience. Reached Petra after a breathtaking 3h journey through mountains n dessertWeiterlesen
