Charente -Maritime area - Bordeaux - Dax

Saying goodbye to Alan & Kathy at La Chade after a great 6 day stay through Home Exchange . The weather had been a little disappointing but we are on holiday and making the most of the sights.

As it is a long weekend everyone is on the road so delays getting into Bordeaux.
Found our GF bakery again BAG and got supplies in :)

Gerald handled the narrow streets well and soon we were on our way to DaxWeiterlesen

Just spent a lovely half hour catching up on your travels. I now speak French! Wonderful photos and good to know all is humming along. Some beautiful sights. Laughed at the mole photo as our Ray has just returned from the Creuse (spelling?) and he sent us a picture of the mole holes in the lawn where he was staying.
