Sunday and Monday blog...

As it turns out... the blog did load.
I had the wrong date.
Fixed it now, at home, in the Folly. ...Monday 28th September.
Been home a week.
Not liking it much.....
Anyway .....
Short version of Sunday...
Walked the beach.
Daryl came to visit.
Walked with him on the beach.
Emily went to the Tattooist.
I drove to Daryl’s.
Washed Tin Tin.
It looks amazing.
Long time between washes!
I drove past the Tattooist on the way home.
Emily happened to be looking out the window.
“That’s a nice van ... Oh ... it’s ours!”
And it is a nice van.
Funnily enough, I did not take a single photo on Sunday.
Just a lovely, lovely sunny day ... again.
So that was Sunday in a nutshell.
Monday....
Wonderful relaxing day.
Very sunny ... 21 degrees ... no wind.
Walked the beach with Emily.
Lacey is right into crossing the creek now.
Seems to be able to judge the depth now and leaps right in.
Met up with other dog walkers that we have got to know.
‘Cody’ especially, a black poodle cross.
Lacey and Cody have a wonderful time together.
Greet each other like long lost friends.
Emily worked.
I drove to Woolworths for groceries.
I am getting a kick out of driving now.
Lunch.
Long walk on the beach with a Emily.
Then set up the deck and read.
This involves setting up the ladder under the deck .... for support ... just in case.
( My fire escape.)
Emily was reading at her table in the sun.
Funny comments as people walked past...
Young man who is a painter working on one of the cabins ...
“ Living the life!”
Older man walking past ...
“ When I die, I want to be reincarnated as you.”
It is just so absolutely relaxing, and everyone talks to me ... and Lacey curls up on my lap.
Dinner.
Then this.
Such a relaxing day.
I am absolutely loving it.
Extended my booking to 19th September, 2 days after Emily’s 41st Birthday.
Mum home from Rehab today.
Seems very well.
That’s it.
Oh ...
There is a very strong possibility that I am not going to go to sleep easily tonight.
Had the most wonderful crumbed chops and roast veges for dinner.
While I have been laying here, I have eaten licorice, salted peanuts ( by the handful ) and those Darrell Lea big orange chocolate balls are looking me straight in the eye.
Could be a long night.

Your holiday sounds so good and relaxing. And I like the comment made by the older man, “ When I die, I want to be reincarnated as you.” Lol. [Mona]
