Light

I woke up this morning surprised that I was still comfortably warm knowing no heat had ran all night. I messaged my hosts and was able to flip the circuit to get power back. I took my time with breakfast sitting on the porch stairs and enjoying the sun and birds. I decided to head to a trail today as this was my only full day off here. It was beautiful, my heart swam in wonder and beauty throughout. It started with large knotted trees amist flowering underbrush, then forests of mossy rocks and pines filled with the lush echoes of woodpeckers and song birds. There were roaring rivers emptying out into large lakes dotted with islands and fisherman. It was a wonderous day :)Read more
