500 miles and 10 hours of driving is too long. Today, we'll shoot for 6-8 hours. It will be an easier drive to get back on I-5 after Bakersfield and out of this windy area. So ready to be home!!
I guess we're going up on 99 because Randy gets bored on I-5 and gas is cheaper. We got to see a plane pull a glider up...might be a fun thing to do!!
There is a snow storm coming Monday morning at Mt Shasta with 100% chance of 12-16" of snow by Monday night and 7-11" more on Tuesday night on I-5. That's why we are trying to make it home by Sunday night.Read more
