Day 3 in Playa Hermosa

The three of us rallied to catch low tide in the tide pools and grab some breakfast. The highlights for me of the tide pools were the tiny hermit crab that mom found, the sea slugs that I find strangely adorable, and the chitons, which honestly horrify me.

I think I would like to be a Costa Rican beach cat in my next life. It seems like a pretty good gig.Read more
