After The Met we went to the 9/11 Memorial, the Oculus and One World Observatory. Thankfully the rain cleared up and we had a fabulous view of the city from the 102nd floor.

The 9/11 Memorial & Museum recognizes the birthdays of the men, women and children whose names are inscribed on the memorial by placing a single white rose at each person’s name on his or her birthday.
