Day 3 on the Camino

We started the day by the coast where it was foggy and misty. Good facial moisturizing 😀 In the afternoon we walked through a lot of agricultural areas, had lunch in Apulia and finally through Fao before crossing the river and we were welcomed on the other side by the Bom Camino sign painted on the road. In a forested area we came across a cairn of stones and other small things people had left in the middle of a forested area. My favorite was a little package inviting folks to take a bandaid if they have blisters. Some interesting monuments to the women of the sea and to workers coming into Esposende and a gazebo that reminded me of Gilmore Girls. 23 kms! A long day.Leia mais
