We had a lovely relaxing day to celebrate my birthday. Traveled to a traditional Yucatan restaurant recommended by our Airbnb host. Some cochinita pibil (shredded pork), loganiza rozada (roasted sausage), relleno negro (turkey in a spicy black sauce) and poc chuc (sliced marinated pork) with tortillas, pickled onions and a very spicy hot sauce made for a great meal. Good margaritas too! Afterwards we returned to the house, took a dip in the pool and lounged on the patio.Leia mais
