Slow Flow Yoga

🇩🇪 Dienstag entwickelt sich zum Yoga Tag. Auf Grund der Runde Catan am Morgen habe ich leider den Anfänger Kurs verpasst. Alex und ich sind dann zum Slow Flow Yoga gegangen und ich glaube das war bisher die härteste Sporteinheit, die ich hier bisher gemacht habe. Das Video und der Schweiß der aus dem Shirt kommt spricht Bände.

🇺🇸 Tuesday is turning into yoga day. Due to the round of Catan in the morning, I unfortunately missed the beginner's course. Alex and I then went to Slow Flow Yoga, and I believe that was the hardest workout I've done here so far. The video and the sweat coming out of the shirt speak volumes.Lue lisää
