Massage- und Behandlungsplan für April

🇩🇪 Heute springe ich quasi von einem Termin zum anderen. Seit dem Aufwachen auf Achse! Aber alles nur schöne und entspannte Dinge zum Glück. Heute fängt auch mein Behandlungsplan den ich mit Jaens Spa für April ausgemacht habe. In insgesamt 17 Behandlungen werde ich hoffentlich auf Wolke 7 schweben. Ich habe versucht die Behandlungen mit meinen sportlichen Einheiten so abzustimmen, dass ich immer wieder gute Regeneration haben. Ich werde aber auch Dinge ausprobieren, die ich noch nie gemacht habe, wie zum Beispiel Gesichtsbehandlungen oder Hot Stone.

🇺🇸 Today, I'm practically hopping from one appointment to another. On the go since waking up! But fortunately, it's all nice and relaxing things. Today also starts my treatment plan that I arranged with Jaens Spa for April. In a total of 17 treatments, I will hopefully be floating on cloud nine. I've tried to coordinate the treatments with my sports sessions to ensure good recovery. I will also try things I've never done before, like facial treatments or hot stone therapy.Read more
